Yaritza Pacheco Obituary, Death -Daniel Francis Pacheco, Sr. died unexpectedly on Thursday, May 19, 2022, at his home in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. He died quietly. He had a total of 68 years of experience. Daniel Pacheco is the son of Edward Pacheco and Frances (Garafolo) Pacheco. He was born on October 14, 1953. Tenney High School in Methuen, Massachusetts, where he was born and raised, graduated him with the Class of 1971. He was the older brother of Robert Pacheco, who died in 2019, and the younger brother of Joyce Dion and Edward Pacheco, with whom he shared a sibling relationship. In his final two years of life, he resigned from the Department of Public Works in Salem, New Hampshire, and moved to the gorgeous New Hampshire seacoast to be with his daughter Tyffany.

Danny was a tremendous friend to many people, as well as a father, grandpa, brother, and uncle. He will be remembered for his generous nature, love of sunrises, sense of humor, houseplants and the Boston Celtics, fish tanks, gardens full of herbs and veggies, bird watching and feeding hummingbirds, guitar playing, and artwork. He will also be noted for his artwork. His artwork will live on in memory of him. His wisecracks will live on in his memory. His wisecracks will live on in his memory. He will be remembered for the rest of his life for his Above all, he cherished the time spent with his family, and he was especially close to his granddaughter Nevaeh, who will suffer greatly as a result of his passing. Daniel is survived by his children, Jason Pacheco and his wife Jennifer of Naples, Florida, Tyffany Pacheco of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, Daniel Pacheco, Jr. and his wife Crystal of Salem, New Hampshire, Amanda Pacheco of Haverhill, Massachusetts, Melissa Griffin and her husband Ryan of Salem, New Hampshire, and Matthew Pacheco and his wife Paige of Shirley, Massachusetts, as well as his grandchildren.

Chance, Natani, Aidan, Olivia, Alexandra, Paige, Nevaeh, Kingston, Landon, Callie, Luca, and Camila will miss their “Papa” more than words can express. His brother Edward Pacheco and his wife Mary of Williston, South Carolina; his sister Joyce Dion and her husband Phil of Salem, New Hampshire; and other nieces and nephews survive him. He’ll be sorely missed. On Saturday, June 4, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., a celebration of life will be held at Castleton, which is located at 58 Enterprise Drive in Windham, New Hampshire, to remember and celebrate our wonderful Daniel.
