Yaqoub Saeed Obituary, Death – The Muslim Association of Hamilton has paid its respects to the individual who perished as a result of the hit-and-run accident that took place on Wednesday. He had just turned 15 years old. In a newsletter that was distributed on Thursday evening, Imam Sayed Tora revealed that the name of the guy who had passed away was Yaqoub Saeed. Yaqoub Saeed, together with his five siblings, and both of his parents were active participants in the religious community.
Today is the day that a funeral service for Saeed is going to take place at the Hamilton Mountain Mosque, which can be found at 1545 Stone Church Rd. East. The prayers will begin at 12:15, and there will be a special prayer said for Saeed after each of the regular prayers. On Wednesday, Saeed was struck and murdered by a vehicle that was being driven by another young person of the same age. The driver of the vehicle was the same age as Saeed.
The information that both juveniles are enrolled at St. Thomas More Catholic Secondary School was corroborated by Constable Krista-Lee Ernst, who spoke at a press briefing about the investigation. The child, who is only 15 years old, was taken into custody and accused of failing to remain, which resulted in the death of someone else. This allegation was made against the child.
