Tracy Tucker Obituary, Death – It is with a heavy heart that I must inform you of the demise of one of our very own, Tracy Tucker. She was 54. This morning, Tracy was taken from us suddenly owing to a preexisting condition that required immediate medical attention. A little more than a year ago, Tracy became a member of our family here at Commonwealth. He was a dedicated worker who had a smile on his face at all times and enjoyed making other people laugh. His positive outlook on life helped boost morale and put a smile on the faces of those around him. His favorite topics of conversation included his son’s basketball games, the New England Patriots, and the process of deciding what to have for lunch each day.
It was never a good day for him unless he got a good laugh out of Ron, and Ron always made sure to give him one right back. Earlier this month, on the occasion of Tracy’s 38th birthday, he asked coworkers for donations by carrying a plastic bag with him as he went from desk to desk at the office. As soon as he had enough, he used the money he had collected to treat the entire warehouse to lunch in order for everyone to join him in celebrating his birthday. That’s the kind of guy Tracy was all the way through. He was less concerned with himself and more focused on the ways in which he could help someone else succeed.
We will all remember him for his companionship, his goofy attitude, his smile that spread like wildfire, and the way he could make even the worst day into a good one with just a smile on his face.
The lessons that Tracy has taught us throughout her life are to treat others with kindness and respect and to never forget that there is a good reason to smile.
