Tatiana Hecksher Obituary, Tatiana Hecksher Has Passed Away

Tatiana Hecksher Obituary, Death – Tatiana Hecksher, my mother, died peacefully on December 28th, 2022 at 9:16 PM. She has two sons and a grandchild and was 76 years old. She had a heart attack and was unable to recover. Everything happened at the same time. She was both a fun spirit and a fiery hot-tempered Colombian! Her favorite things included good movies, good food, good laughs, holiday dinners, and lots of cuddles with baby Diana. She adored Cheetos, burritos, tacos, and anything that began with the letter O. Despite my and @mviratelle’s dismay, she loved the arts and would visit all of Los Angeles’ museums multiple times. She comes from a vast family that is distributed across Columbia and South America.

She met my father as an exchange student in the 1970s, and as 20-somethings with two rowdy children and nothing to lose, they took a chance! She worked alongside my father and (strange) grandfather at the radio station where I grew up in Ft Myers, Florida. In the 1960s, she was also a Miss Columbia contestant. She then became a professional extra, performing in soap operas such as Days of Our Lives in the 1980s. She worked as a paralegal in the 1990s and 2000s and loved it. A wonderful memory: I picked her up one day in my brand-new 1969 Lincoln Continental (metallic brown). I was going her to the races so she could gamble, eat hot dogs, and consume fine alcoholic beverages.

As shown in the shot, she was wearing a large hat and glasses. She stepped into the car and remained silent until we were close to the Hollywood Racetrack. The silence was almost terrible, and just as I was about to say something, she glanced at me and said, “You understand? You will be respected in this vehicle!” We cruised in style as she leaned back in her seat and tilted her cap back. We had a terrific time at the track that day. My mother was pleased since, as I recall, her hat “outshone” all the others. Mom, I’m sure you’re glowing brightly in the sky as well.
