Susan Snook Obituary, Death – On the 20th of December 2022, Susan Mary Snook, who had resided in Bellefonte all of her life, passed away at the Centre Care facility at the age of 57. She was the daughter of Patricia (Lose) Shawley, who is still living and resides in Bellefonte, and John Shawley, who passed away in Bellefonte on June 17, 1965. She was also the daughter of John Shawley. She arrived in this world on June 17, 1965. In the year 1983, Susan graduated from Bellefonte High School with her high school diploma. She held the position of secretary at Penn State for the duration of her time there.
Her daughter, Jordyn Grey, who resides in Bellefonte, as well as her sister, Brenda Horner, resides in Tennessee, as well as a huge number of nieces and nephews, are among those who are left behind after her passing. In addition to that, Patricia, her mother, is still living after her passing. Her own father and two of her brothers, Terry and Robert “Bob,” passed away before her. Her mother also passed away before her. Camping was one of Susan’s favorite activities, and she particularly enjoyed doing it at the Raystown location. She liked being able to catch up with her friends and family, and she eagerly anticipated the Poker Nights that her loved ones would throw for her. In her spare time, she entertained herself by participating in Bingo tournaments at Centre Care and watching Hallmark and Christmas movies.
There will be a viewing on the evening of Tuesday, December 27, 2022, from five to seven o’clock, and the event is free and open to the public at the Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc. location in Bellefonte, which is situated at 206 N. Spring Street. The funeral services will begin at seven o’clock in the evening, and Pastor Doug Conway will preside over the proceedings. The funeral and burial will take place in private as soon as it is convenient for the family.
