She defied expectations by being a committed follower of two teams that are typically thought of as competitors, namely the University of Michigan and the Pittsburgh Steelers. Staci was a funny girl, she had a big heart all the time, and she always said “Love you” at the end of her phone calls. In addition to that, she had an unbreakable commitment to her two fur kids, Moose and Nila, who were never more than a few feet away from her at any one time. She never left them alone for more than a few minutes at a time. Staci’s birth mother chose adoption for him because she loved him.

She couldn’t help but feel enthusiastic about the possibility of seeing them again after such a long period of time had gone, and she couldn’t help herself. Before Staci was born, her infant sister, Jessica Marie LaCivita, as well as both of her grandfathers, Jack Richards and Lowell Owens, and both sets of great-grandparents, Harry and Reva Egolf and Jasper and Mary Miceli, all passed away. Staci herself was the last of her family members to pass away. Great-grandparents Harry and Reva Egolf, as well as Jasper and Mary Miceli, were Staci’s ancestors.
