Scott Boukal Obituary, Death – On Sunday, January 8, 2023, Scott J. Boukal, who was 56 years old and from Lansing, passed away. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Paula (nee Bomba), his children Benjamin, Madeline (Joshua) Reeves, Nathaniel (Nicole), Lydia, William, and Aiden; his sisters Ellen (John) Alfano and Amy (Dirk) Brown; his brother Paul (Diana) Boukal; and his mother Nancy Boukal. He also leaves behind a brother named Paul (Diana) Boukal.
In addition, he is survived by a large number of relatives, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and acquaintances. The passing of Scott Boukal comes after the passing of his father, Ronald Boukal. He was a devoted golfer who enjoyed the sport with his sons and friends, and he was the most ardent and die-hard Blackhawks fan in the world. He looked forward to spending time with his family any chance he got, whether it was at a game, a get-together, or something as routine as a Sunday supper.
Scott was a loving and loyal husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend who had a profound impact on the lives of a large number of people. The void that has been left in each of our hearts is indescribable. On Monday, January 16, 2023, at 10:00 AM DIRECTLY at the St. Thomas More Catholic Church situated at 8501 Calumet Ave. in Munster, Indiana, a Mass of Christian Burial will be held. Both on Sunday, January 15, 2023, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kish Funeral Home located at 10000 Calumet Ave., Munster, IN, and again on Monday,
January 16, 2023, from 9:30 AM until the time of service at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, friends and family are welcome to pay their respects and share memories with the deceased’s family. Donations in memory of the deceased can be given to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation at https://www.jdrf.org/illinois/. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be made.
