Ryne Cooper Obituary, Death – Ryne Ashley Cooper, 37, of Mulberry, died on Saturday, December 31, 2022, at home, surrounded by his family, of cancer. He’d been fighting the ailment for a long time. Randy and Marcia Virgin Cooper welcomed him into the world on February 16, 1985, in Lafayette, Louisiana. In 2004, he graduated from Clinton Prairie High School. Ryne developed a strong work ethic when, at the age of 14, he began assisting his mother at Mulberry Pizza King, where they were in charge of cooking pizzas and assisting customers. As an adult, he worked for Road Safe, where he was in charge of road building. Following that, he worked as a truck driver for MacAllister Rentals, hauling various types of heavy equipment.
Ryne began seeing Alison, the woman who would become his life’s love, in 2012. On November 6, 2015, the pair married. Ryne was a strong fan of off-roading, heavy machinery, and autos in general. Essentially, he wanted to be a part of anything that could be driven or ridden. He enjoyed winter and snow plowing just as much as summer and truck events. Ryne was the type of guy who would help everyone, whether they were friends, neighbors, or total strangers. Many people will be saddened by Ryne’s death because he was such an important member of our community. He touched many people’s lives and contributed to making the world a better place.
He is survived by his three siblings, Alicia (Greg) Waitkoff, Tara (Allen Shoffner), and Rich (Dawn) Cooper; nine nieces and nephews; and his father-in-law Kenny Kunkel, as well as his grandmother Donna Cooper, in addition to his daughter Kyla Cooper and his wife Alison Cooper, as well as his parents Randy and Marcia. Her grandparents, Charles and Anita Virgin, as well as Milton Cooper, died before she was born.
Donations can be sent in Ryne’s honor to the Clinton Prairie High School Building and Trades Program, which is situated at 2400 S. CR 450 W, Frankfort, Indiana 46041.
