Ryan Tupper Obituary, Death – Ryan Frederick Tupper, 32 years old and a resident of Trenton, passed away on January 10th, 2023. He was the son of his parents, John Daniel Tupper and Crystal Lorraine DeYoung, and he was born in New Glasgow. Ryan worked with Tupper’s Trucking and Backhoeing Ltd. for a significant amount of time, during which he was given the opportunity to “wear many hats.” He was devoted to his profession and possessed a great deal of aptitude, particularly in the construction of his Western Star truck, which he meticulously maintained. Ryan was a passionate outdoorsman who delighted in spending time with his family and friends while riding on the back of his four-wheeler or side-by-side.
He was an active member of the local truck pull community and volunteered a significant amount of his time to assist with the track and the hookup of the Beast 2.0. Ryan was a superb artisan who could “turn his hand” to building or repairing virtually anything that was made of metal or had a mechanical component. He spent the first eight years of his life in South Dakota, where he fondly reminisced about the summer he spent working at the world-famous Sturgis Motorcycle Rally and the time he got to spend with Dee Snider there. Above all else, Ryan held an unwavering affection for his sons, and he always took pleasure in relating anecdotes about them.
He was a devoted patriarch who cherished his roles as a father, son, brother, grandchild, uncle, and friend. His mother, Crystal DeYoung, his father, Dan (Sandra) Tupper, his sons Ethan and Aiden, and their mother, Ashlee Gerrior; his siblings Westley Tupper (Betsy), Danielle MacDonald, Kennedy Tupper, and Taylor Tupper (Sumner); his nephews Zachary MacDonald and Cole Tupper and their mother, Skye Bennett; his maternal grandparents, Elmer and Ann (Jennex) DeYoung; his pattern His maternal great-grandparents, Otis and Betty Jennex, as well as his paternal grandfather, John Tupper, passed away before him.
He was also predeceased by his uncles, Col. Alexander Tupper, Gerry Muir, and David Muir, as well as his aunts, Sharon Muir and Alice White. P. & K. MacDonald Funeral Home in New Glasgow will be open to greet guests from 2:00 to 4:00 and from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 22. The funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 23, and the Reverend Alfred Woodworth will preside over the ceremony. Hillside Cemetery is going to be used for the interment.
