Robbie Sims Obituary, Death – Robbie Jean Allen McGee Sims died away on Friday, January 20, 2023, at the age of 92, while residing at Celebration Way Assisted Living in Shelbyville, Tennessee. She was surrounded by her loving family at the time of her passing. Robbie Jean was a local of the city of Shelbyville in the state of Tennessee. Throughout her entire life, Robbie Jean Allen McGee Sims called the city of Shelbyville her home. She believed that the neighborhood of Shelbyville would be her home for the foreseeable future. She was born in Lynchburg on March 15, 1930, to her parents, Clarence Allen and Edna Jean Allen, both of whom have passed away since then. Her parents had been married to each other. Her folks aren’t here with us anymore; they passed away. At this moment, both of her parents had passed away from this earth.

She put in a substantial number of years at the Jack Daniel’s Distillery before coming to the realization that it was finally time for her to call it a career and hang up her boots and retire. She attended the services of the Fairlane Church of Christ on a consistent basis and had a deep devotion to her involvement there as a member of the congregation. Robbie Jean’s son, Milton Moore McGee Jr., as well as all of her other siblings and both of her husbands, Milton Moore McGee and Roy F. Sims passed away before she did. Robbie Jean was also the last of her siblings to pass away. In addition to this, she was the only member of her family to have reached adulthood during her whole family’s history. The deaths of both of her parents were among the people in the group of people who had previously occurred prior to the time when she herself passed away. Robbie Jean is survived by her devoted daughter, Kathy McGee (Kevin) Hayes of Shelbyville; her grandchildren, Mendy (Chuck) Williams, Hunter (Peyton) Hayes, and Matt (Shanda) Hayes; and her great-grandchildren, Wyatt, Rylee, Meredith, Aniston, and Keaton.

Robbie Jean also leaves behind her great-grandchildren, who are Wyatt, Rylee, and Meredith Robbie Jean also has three great-grandchildren that she leaves behind, and their names are Wyatt, Rylee, and Meredith. Wyatt, Rylee, and Meredith are the names of Robbie Jean’s three great-grandchildren, who will also be left behind after she passes away. Even though Robbie Jean is no longer with us, her husband Kevin McGee will continue to exist even though she is no longer in this world. Kevin was the one and only other person in her entire life other than herself whom she ever loved with all of her heart. On the afternoon of Monday, January 23, 2023, there will be a visitation at the Jennings-Moore-Cortner Funeral Home in Lynchburg, beginning at twelve in the afternoon and continuing until two in the afternoon. The visitation will be held in memory of the deceased. Shortly after that, the Funeral Services will be performed in the Chapel of the Jennings-Moore-Cortner Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m., with Brother Jimmy Burton acting as the officiant for the ceremony.
