Richard Schlegel Obituary, Death – The passing of our father, Richard Schlegel, is the reason we are writing to inform you of this sad news. Please accept our heartfelt sympathy for your loss. Because of the recent events that have taken place, each of our hearts is currently filled with a profound sense of loss.
This is a direct result of what has been going on. Richard was a good man who had a profound relationship to his horses and who boarded them at my house (Popwell) for a period of years. During that time, I was their boarding attendant. During that time period, Richard stabled his horses in this location.
Richard experienced a profound bond with all of the animals he kept as pets, but especially with his horses. I am aware that he has just recently completed a strenuous walk, and all I can do is hope that he is currently enjoying a state of rest because it is the best thing I can wish for him right now.
