Ray Campbell Obituary, Death – On Friday, January 28, 2022, Ray Campbell, also known as Pastor Ray, passed away at the age of 67. He was known to many as “Pastor Ray.” He moved on to be with the Lord and Savior who had saved him. He was born and raised in the city of Roanoke, which is located in the state of Virginia. Before he left, his entire immediate family had already moved away. This included his mother Renate Campbell, his father Lloyd Campbell, his daughters Jennifer and Brandy, his uncle Lee Roy and his aunt Shirley, and his sister-in-law Rita.
Ray was a special person in the eyes of a large number of people, who all agreed that he was unlike anyone else. He offered unshakable worship to God and made the divine being the center of his life at all times by making God the focus of his existence. In addition to that, he had a profound affection for both his wife and his children. He had compassion for all of the people that God had strategically placed in his life at the appropriate times. The times when he was able to spend time with his wife, children, and grandchildren, as well as the times when he was able to observe others making the decision to follow Jesus, were the experiences that brought him the most joy.
He also found the times when he was able to observe others making the decision to follow Jesus to be extremely joyful. At the age of forty, he made the decision to devote his life to serving Jesus, and he did so in an obedient manner right up until the point at which Jesus summoned him to return to his family. We will feel a profound sense of loss with his departure, but we will carry his memory and the legacy he left behind with us always. After Ray’s demise, he will be missed by a number of people, including his wife Terri, their sons Matthew and Christopher, and the daughters-in-law of both sons.
