DODDS (Bessbrook) (Bessbrook) In the Brooklands Nursing Home on the 22nd of January 2023, Major Miriam Dodds of the Salvation Army was given the honor of being promoted to glory, which was bestowed upon her in the context of the Salvation Army. She had spent a sizeable portion of her life up until the time of her dying at Mount Charles Bessbrook,
where she had also been a resident. She was the cherished daughter of William and Sarah, neither of whom are here with us now. Both William and Sarah have passed away. Both of her parents have departed this world, which is a tragic turn of events. In addition, she was the cherished sister of Margaret (Henning), Bertie, as well as the late Billy, Stanley, Ruth, Betty, Bram, and Ronnie, and she was a much-loved aunt to a great number of people. Margaret (Henning) and Bertie were among the people who adored her. Her sister Margaret (Henning) was the one she treasured the most, followed by her brother Bertie.
There was another someone who, when speaking of Margaret, used the surname Henning as their alias. Following the funeral ceremony that will be held on Wednesday, January 25th, 2023 at 1pm in Christ Church Bessbrook, the deceased will be laid to rest in the neighboring churchyard.
