Mike McIntosh Obituary, Death – At the age of 72, Michael Anthony “Mike” McINTOSH passed away on December 14, 2022, at the Hospice of Cincinnati facility in Blue Ash. His full name was Michael Anthony “Mike” McINTOSH. He lived in Lebanon for the majority of his life. At the time of his passing, he was attended to by his loved ones on both sides. Mike McIntosh was brought into the world by his parents, Tom and Mary (née South) McIntosh, on October 26, 1950, in the city of Middletown, located in the state of Ohio. To all those who knew him, he was a considerate and committed friend, as well as a thoughtful and loyal partner, father, and grandfather. He was also a man who was dedicated to his work. Mike pursued his study after completing his high school at Miami University after graduating from Franklin High School.

Mike made the decision to retire from Armco/AK Steel after 37 years of service. Following his retirement, he got actively involved in the Kairos Prison Ministry and took part in mission trips to Mexico and Africa organized by Lebanon Presbyterian Church. Mike’s favorite ways to pass the time outside of work were shooting arrows and playing golf, and he also treasured the time he got to spend with his loved ones and close friends. Michael is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Ellen (nee Marr) McIntosh; sons Christopher (Kristina) and Matthew (Pooja) McIntosh; his mother Mary McIntosh; sisters Betty McIntosh; grandchildren Nathan, Nicholas, and Kylee McIntosh and Ava, Mia, Ahaana, Aanay, and Aasha McIntosh; and one great-grandson, Bryson. On the morning of Monday, December 19, 2022, beginning at 10 a.m. and lasting until the time of the service at 11 a.m., the family will be present at Lebanon Presbyterian Church to welcome friends. The ceremony will begin at 11 a.m. The event’s officiant will be Pastor Peter Larson, who will act in that capacity during the gathering. On the day of the funeral, the interment will be carried out at the Lebanon Cemetery, which is located in Lebanon, Ohio.
