Lauren Smeltz Obituary, Death – Lauren Smeltz, 28, a mother who delivered a baby and placed on life support following a crash in Pontotoc County has died. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol was notified of a collision that took place on State Highway 3 in the general area of Ada, Oklahoma, at around 1:40 p.m. on Tuesday. On the highway, an accident occurred when a vehicle driven by Henry Nwajagu, 36, was traveling in the other direction, eastbound, and collided with another vehicle driven by Lauren Smeltz, 28, which was heading in the opposite direction, westbound. Both drivers were injured. Both automobiles were moving along the same road at the same time.

According to the information provided by the OHP, the accident took place as a result of the car driven by Nwajagu veering to the left of the center of the road, which resulted in it colliding with the vehicle driven by Smeltz.
