Kristin Wimbish Obituary, Death – At the age of 41, Kristin J. Wimbish, who resided in Republic, Missouri, went dead suddenly on January 5, 2023, after suffering a heart attack. She was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on May 26, 1981, to parents named Bruce and Linda (Burgess) Hilsen. In total, there were four kids living in the house, and Kristin was one of them. In 1999, she received her diploma from Blaine Senior High School, which is located in Blaine, Minnesota. After receiving her diploma, she moved to St. Louis in the state of Missouri. She began her career at Walmart in the section responsible for preventing theft, and it was there in 2007 that she first met her future husband, Andrew.
They moved to Republic, and Kristin found new employment at Wal-Mart on Independence in Springfield, in addition to Sam’s Club, where she continued to work in loss prevention after she had previously held that position. Emma, Elizabeth, and Riley were the three beautiful children that Andrew and Kristin were given the gift of having. They tied the knot on September 5th, 2014, if memory serves. After quitting her job at Wal-Mart, Kristin began working in the accounting department at Expedia, where she has remained employed for the past ten years. She enjoyed nothing more than cuddling up with her kitties and spending time with her family, as well as going to garage sales with her mother and growing new plants, particularly sprouts from plants she already owned.
Kristin is survived by her devoted husband Andrew, her children Emma (12), Elizabeth (8), and Riley (2), her parents Bruce and Linda Hilsen, her brothers Dean Burgess and wife Brenda, Lance Burgess, and Cody Hilsen, her in-laws Warren Wimbish and wife Sandra, her brother-in-law Brandon Wimbish and wife Jessica, her fur babies James, Sniper, and Penny, as well as other extended family members and countless friends. On Thursday, January 12, 2023, from 12 to 2 pm, there will be a visitation conducted at Hope Lutheran Church in Republic, Missouri. Immediately following the visitation, there will be a celebration of Kristin’s life at 2 pm.
