I view it as a blessing that I was able to spend Halloween with Katie, and I am grateful that we were able to spend that much time together. Alicia and I haven’t been able to spend any time together in quite some time, with the exception of texting each other to catch up over the holidays, but she is and will continue to be someone who is someone who is very important to me.

In addition to that, it was the day that my late father would have celebrated his birthday; had he lived to see this day, he would have become 64 years old.
