Kaitlyn Johnson Obituary, Death – After a courageous struggle against cancer, Kaitlyn Mae Johnson, who was a resident of the town of Hartland, Vermont, passed away on December 27, 2022. When this occurred, she was only sixteen years old. She received her primary education at Hartland School in Newport, New Hampshire, and her secondary education at Granite Hill School, also located in Newport. Attending either one of those schools was a delight for her. She went to both schools, which allowed her to meet a lot of wonderful people and establish some very useful connections.
She attributes her interest in education to the guidance she received from a few different teachers when she was younger. Kaitlyn was a kind and thoughtful person who always put others before herself. Making other people happy and laugh brought her a great deal of satisfaction. Kaitlyn attracted toddlers, preschoolers, and infants to herself like a magnet. She was content simply to be in their company, and she provided whatever assistance she could in whatever way she could whenever she could.
There was never a time when one could not locate Kaitlyn, regardless of whether or not a child was present. Either she was tending to the infant or attempting to help with whatever activities required her attention at that moment. Before Kaitlyn was born, her grandfather, grandmother, father, and uncle all passed away: Gordon Johnson, Sandra Johnson, Gordon Wood, and Marc Wood. Her great-grandmother, Sandra Johnson, also passed away.
Her mother, Krista Johnson, resides in Brownsville; her father, Jonathan Johnson, resides in Windsor; her sister, Jordan Johnson, resides in Montpelier; her nephew, Carson LeFebre, resides in Montpelier; her aunt, Shirley Johnson, resides in Windsor; her aunt, Lisa Mattoon, and her family reside in Newbury; and her aunt, Emily Paquette, and her family reside in Hartland.
