Judith Maloney Obituary, Death – After a protracted and courageous fight against cancer, our much loved mother, grandmother, and friend Judith Ann Maloney passed away on January 17, 2023. She had reached the age of 72 when she passed away. Her life had been cut short. At this moment, when our hearts are heavy, we are sharing with you the news of her passing from this world.
If you were fortunate enough to know her, you were fortunate enough to be in the presence of a beautiful woman who was also kind and compassionate, and who was always helping others. If you were fortunate enough to be in her presence, you were fortunate enough to be in the presence of a magnificent woman.
She was always accessible at any time, should anyone have required her aid. She was quite talented in the areas of gardening, singing, and dancing, and she had a habit of turning anything we were discussing into a funny song that she had written herself. She held the time she got to spend with her grandchildren in the highest regard.
She leaves behind her daughter Lisa Lamore and granddaughter Tayanna Lamore of Greenfield, as well as her sons Shawn Reade and Derick Reade, as well as her daughter-in-law. She is also survived by her sons Shawn Reade and Derick Reade. In addition, she is survived by her sons Shawn and Derick, both of whom are named Reade.
Gill is the location of Becky Reade’s home, where her grandchildren Tyler, Tanner, and Tobe can be found. Scott Reade and his son-in-law currently make their home in Greenfield, but his brother Travis Reade and his son Devin Reade currently choose Shelburne Falls their place of residence. Shannon, along with her grandchildren Devon, Deandre, and Dustin; her sister Donna Martynowski and her husband Ed; her brother Thomas Maloney; an extensive number of nieces and nephews; and her two most beloved companions, her longtime friend Larry Longley and her dog, Buddy “Chomper.” Judy, it is my hope and prayer that you will always be able to find happiness in life and in love; may the heavens above serve as your new dance floor. I hope that you discover the peace that passes all understanding.
