John Kelly Obituary, Death – On January 17, 2023, John Kelly, who had served as president of the CSEA Town of Brookhaven White Collar Unit, passed away. Kelly had held this position previously. He had been in that position for a considerable amount of time. Kelly had been serving in this capacity for a significant amount of time at this point. He had 62 years of experience under his belt to draw from.
