Joanne Brown Obituary, Death – Joanne Brown, a loyal friend who had been a long-time contributor to Chaffey Community Republican Women, Federated, lost her fight with cancer on Monday, January 16th, 2019, after a year-long struggle against the disease. We would like to extend our deepest sympathies to her family as well as to all of her close friends who were affected by her passing. On the Saturday that comes after the 28th of January, there will be a meal that is being called a Celebration of Life. It will take place at lunchtime. This luncheon will be given in honor of the memory of our dear friend Joanne Brown as well as to celebrate her life and all that she accomplished during her time on earth.
During this time of great tragedy, our community is going to meet together in order to comfort and support one another, and we hope that you will be able to join us.
Donations to the Friends of Upland Animal Shelter, City of Hope-Duarte, Bob Hope USO Ontario Airport, or any other charitable organization that is near and dear to your heart are welcome in place of flowers at the family’s request. It is also possible to give money to any other charity that works to aid those who are struggling financially.
If you have been hurt in any manner over the course of the past year, please accept our deepest condolences for the inconvenience this has caused you. We are sorry that you have to deal with this situation. The previous year was particularly challenging, and we are clinging to the hope that the year 2023 would bring some relief from the misery and suffering that has been endured as a result of the experiences that have been gone through. As we look forward to the possibilities that the future year will provide for each of us, we want you to know that you are in our thoughts. Please take this as reassurance.
