Jim Pederson Obituary, Death – On the afternoon of Sunday, January 29, from one to four o’clock, there will be a celebration of life for Jim Pederson at the Washburn-McReavy Bloomington Chapel, which can be found at 2300 West Old Shakopee Road in Bloomington, Minnesota 55431. The viewing will begin at one and the service will begin at two. The luncheon will start at three in the afternoon. The period of confinement won’t get under way until much later on. The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, monetary contributions be made so that they may purchase a bench at the Minnesota State Fair that will be dedicated to him and bear his name.
After the portion of the celebration of his life that will take place at Washburn-McReavy, a few of us have plans to continue the festivities at the Bloomington VFW. This will take place after the portion of the celebration of his life that will take place at Washburn-McReavy. The address of the establishment is 311 W. 84th Street, Bloomington, Minnesota 55420. One of my grandfather’s favorite things to do was to have a beer now and then. In his honor, I’m going to get out a frosty one and get this party started (or several). I have high hopes that further people will be able to visit here and participate as well.
