Jeremy Burke Obituary, Death – Toronto Canada, ON – Jeremy Burke, our beautiful, funny, talented, kind, and loving son, grandson, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend, passed away unexpectedly in his sleep on Sunday morning in Toronto. He had just spent the previous day and night having a wonderful time showing Louise and Rita around the city that he had made his home. He was a picture of health and looked like he could fly. He was tormenting his mother and making jokes with his grandmother as he often did, and he was making preparations to visit his hometown of Kilcullen in the month of June.
We would like to express our gratitude to everyone in Kilcullen and the surrounding areas for their support of our family, especially Daddy, as well as for their many phone calls and texts. Mam and Louise are exerting the most effort possible, and they are receiving outstanding support from members of the Irish community in Toronto. They are being assisted by the great Kevin Bell Trust during the repatriation procedure. When we heard the news, it felt like a small piece of our family had died along with Jeremy. We are beyond crushed as a family.
Please remember us in your prayers, and we will update you as soon as we have any further information to offer. We aim to give Jeremy the proper farewell that he deserves, which will include surrounding him with the sights, sounds, and objects that were significant to him throughout his brief existence. Rest in peace. To everyone who has been hurt in any manner over the course of the past year, please accept our deepest condolences. It has been an extraordinarily trying year, and we are holding out hope that the year 2023 would offer some relief from the anguish and suffering that has been experienced. As we look forward to what the new year has in store for us, please know that you are in our thoughts.
