Janice Griffin Obituary, Death – Janice Griffin has suddenly passed away. Janice was born in Decatur, Illinois, and she attended Springfield High School from the beginning till the very end of her time there for her high school education. After that, she moved to a new home in one of the communities located in the far northwest part of the city of Chicago. She relocated to Lake in the Hills to continue raising her family after she had her children in Arlington Heights, where she had previously raised her family. Her devoted grandchildren Jake (Taylor) VanScoyoc, Adam Miller, Grace VanScoyoc, and Zach Miller will always remember their beloved grandmother. Her daughters Sherri (Mike Psaras) Griffin, Lisa (Dave) VanScoyoc, and Patti (Joe) Miller are also able to carry on her legacy after her passing. Her son-in-law, Mike Psaras, has wed both of her daughters. Unfortunately for her, Joe Miller, who was going to be her spouse, passed away before she did. Toby, her cherished cat, absolutely adores her, and she takes great care to be a caring and attentive owner to him. Both of her parents, Ralph Kantner and Genelle Kantner, had already passed away prior to her passing; both of them had been her parents.
Janice was a devoted member of the Arlington Heights Jaycees for a number of years previous to beginning her employment at McHenry County College. She did this for a number of years before beginning her career at McHenry County College. In addition to this, she worked in the food and sales sectors of hotels, where she gained valuable experience in the workforce. Janice was a voracious reader who found great joy in making frequent trips to both the community bookshop and the public library in the area where she lived.
She enjoyed a diverse range of interests, including knitting, interior design, playing board games, and spending time with the people she cared about, which included her family as well as her friends. Her grandchildren were the brightest stars in her life, and she never missed a chance to show her support for them by participating in any of the numerous activities in which they were engaged. She went to every single one of their games and events. Her grandchildren brought her the greatest happiness of her life.
