Hannisha Willis Obituary, Death – The Dispatch Center of the Antioch Police Department began getting calls on 9-1-1 regarding a gunshot that had taken place in the 2300 block of Mandarin Way on December 27, 2022, at 2:13 p.m. Ms. Hannisha Willis was found laying on the sidewalk with a single gunshot wound to the head when the responding officers arrived shortly after. It appeared that the victim had been shot. Ms. Willis was brought to a hospital in the region by emergency medical services. Still, she was unable to recuperate from her injuries and was subsequently pronounced dead after she arrived at the facility. After it had already begun, the investigation was taken over by the Investigations Bureau of the Antioch Police Department, which had arrived at the scene by that point.

They discovered that Willis and the suspect, Serico Justice, got into a physical confrontation before the shooting. Justice had gone back to her residence moments before the altercation broke out in order to fetch a pistol from there. After that, she took it with her to the pub with her.
