Hailey Eastman Obituary, Death – Hailey Harrell passed away at Tift Regional Medical Center on August 14, 2021. She had most recently resided in Tifton, Georgia, but she was originally from Eastman, Georgia. Although she passed away in Tifton, she was originally from Eastman. On Saturday, August 21, at 2:00 p.m., the family will be in charge of hosting a memorial service at Poplar Springs Baptist Church that will be known as a Celebration of Life. This service will be held in memory of the deceased person. On January 9, 1987, Miss Harrell was welcomed into the world in Eastman. Emily Harrell Woodard and Billy Harrell, both of whom had passed away prior to the birth of their daughter, were her parents, but she was born after they had both passed away. In addition to her work at the Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant that was located in the city of Tifton, she was also a member of the Poplar Springs Baptist Church.
Her family includes her mother, Emily Harrell Woodard (Jerry), her sisters Ashley Johnson (Mark) and Kelly Holder (Kevin), her step-siblings Monica Oxley, Slade Woodard, and Lance Woodard, her niece Harley Johnson, her special friends Deven Russell and Bryson Rouse, and her three canine companions. She is survived by her mother, Emily Harrell Woodard (Jerry), her sisters Ashley Johnson and Kelly Holder, and her step-siblings Monica Oxley Her step-siblings Monica Oxley, Slade Woodard, and Lance Woodard are also still with us today. They are the only members of her family that have made it this far. She passed away on September 15th, 2018, which was exactly one month after she was born.
