George Maglione Obituary, George Maglione Has Sadly Passed Away

George Maglione Obituary, Death –  The life of George Maglione, who passed away suddenly on Monday, January 16, 2023 at Massachusetts General Hospital, will be celebrated with Visiting Hours on Monday, January 23rd from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Vertuccio & Smith, Home for Funerals, which is located at 773 Broadway (Rt. 107) in Revere. The service will be held in honor of George Maglione. All of George Maglione’s relatives and close friends are cordially invited to participate in the event. He had 67 of them under his belt at the time. The visitation will begin at 12:15 p.m., and the funeral service will be place at the funeral home. After the service, the burial will take place in Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett, which is located nearby.

George was born in Revere, and he resided there throughout his entire youth. When he graduated from Revere High School in 1974, he did so as a member of the Class of 1974. His entire career was spent working as a welder for the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers Local #29. He was a loyal member of the union and worked for the same company during his entire working life. George was an avid enthusiast for two-wheeled and four-wheeled transportation, and he devoted a significant amount of his time to the upkeep and operation of each of these types of vehicles. George’s cherished canines Koda, Kodiak, and Samantha will grieve him deeply, but he is finally at peace with Uzi, his cherished four-legged friend who died away before him. Koda, Kodiak, and Samantha will miss him greatly.

His continuous presence ensures that those people who had the good fortune to have known him will forever hold him in a place that is uniquely significant in their minds and memories. He is the much-loved son of the late George Maglione and his wife Florence (Giannino) Maglione, who lived in Revere. George Maglione passed away, and Florence (Giannino) Maglione lived in Revere. Dedicated brother of Marie Maglione Bright, who currently resides in New Hampshire; uncle to Revere Firefighter Peter McLaughlin and his wife Robin, who currently resides in Saugus; and granduncle to Mandi, Sarah, and Emma McLaughlin, all of whom reside in Saugus. In addition to being the doting grandfather of Ashley, David, and Benjamin, who all live in Beverly, he is survived with love by a huge number of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. All of these people were close to him and loved him very much.
