Fred Hunter Obituary, Death -The RICHMOND family has informed us that Fred Hunter Richmond, Jr. passed away on April 12, 2006 in Deland, Florida at the age of 92. This information was provided to us by the RICHMOND family. Mr. Richmond lived in the city of Orange Park, which is located in Orange Park, Florida, for a significant portion of his life. In the year 2001, he was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Rita Mae Richmond. He was also preceded in death by his son, Fred H. Richmond III, as well as his great granddaughter, Trinity Horton. Trinity Horton, his great-granddaughter, is the only living relative he leaves behind.

Irene Richmond, his wife; his son Donald Richmond and his wife Jackie; his daughter Judith Horton and her husband Daniel; his daughter in law Crystal Richmond; his sister Katherine Pepper and her husband Philip; five granddaughters; and seven great grandchildren are some of the members of his family who have survived. Irene Richmond was his wife. His son Donald Richmond married Jackie. His daughter Judith Horton married Daniel. His daughter in law Crystal Richmond. Florida, will be the location of a celebration of life funeral ceremony that will take place on Monday, April 17, 2006, at 11:00 AM. Father Daniel Cody will serve as the master of ceremonies for the event. Before the funeral, friends and family of the deceased will have the opportunity to give their condolences to the deceased from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. This will take place prior to the funeral.
