Eugene Doherty Obituary, Death – Because of the departure of our beloved friend Eugene Doherty, each and every one of us is suffering through a profound state of depression, and as a direct consequence of this, our hearts are broken. Our immediate thoughts and prayers are with his wife Sandra, daughter Emerson in New York, and the Doherty family in Derry. Our thoughts and prayers are also with Sandra’s family. In addition, we are keeping Sandra’s family in our thoughts and prayers. In addition, the members of Sandra’s family are being kept in our thoughts and prayers. In addition, all of the members of Sandra’s family are in our thoughts and prayers at this time.
Additionally, each and every member of Sandra’s family is now being kept in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Every single person who swims for the City of Derry Swimming Club has indicated how much they cherish having him on the squad and how much they will miss not having him in the future. His departure would be deeply regretted by all of them. I would want to take this opportunity to thank you, Eugene, for the memories that you have helped to build for me and the contribution you have made to the creation of those memories. I would be grateful if you could acknowledge my appreciation.
As a direct result of the upsetting information that was just presented to us this evening, I am in a very negative frame of mind right now. My deepest condolences go out to Eugene’s surviving family members in both Derry, New York, where he was born and reared, as well as in New York, where he lived with his wife and children. Eugene was a lifelong resident of both states. At this time, each and every one of you is in our thoughts and prayers. We are thinking about and praying for all of you.
