Ernest Isom Obituary, Jonesboro, Arkansas Native Has Sadly Passed Away

Ernest Isom Obituary, Death – At the time of his departure, Ernest “Rick” Isom was 67 years old and a native of Jonesboro, Arkansas. He was pronounced dead on January 8, 2023, at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House. On August 20, 1955, in the city of Paragould, which is located in the state of Arkansas, his parents, Thomas E. Isom and Wavie J. Hall welcomed him into the world. His parents’ names are Thomas E. Isom and Wavie J. Hall. Rick was a member of the Faith Free Will Baptist Church, and he enjoyed getting together with his friends at the breakfast club, as well as spending time with his grandchildren and going on church outings.

Rick also attended services at the Faith Free Will Baptist Church as a regular attendee. The following members of the family are still with us: the mother, Wavie J. Thomas; one daughter, Heather (Danny) Baldridge; one son, Chris (Amanda) Isom; four grandsons, Cole Baldridge, Andrew Baldridge, Cade Isom, and Logan Isom; two sisters, Patricia Isom and Debbie (Vernon) Finley; a large number of nieces and nephews; and a large number of other relatives and friends. All of these people are still with His mother, Mary E. Isom, his father, Thomas E. Isom, two of his brothers, Bill Isom and Ronnie Isom, and one of his sisters, Linda Jones, all passed away before he did.

On Friday, January 13, 2023, at ten o’clock in the morning, burial services will be placed at the gravesite in Trinity Cemetery in Bono, Arkansas. Pastor Ernest Cornish will preside over the event as the officiant, and Faith Funeral Service, which will be in charge of making the arrangements, will be in charge of presiding over the event. Donors have the option of expressing their condolences by making a donation to the Cancer Center at St. Bernard’s Foundation rather than sending flowers, which is the more traditional way of showing sorrow.
