Eric Vaughn Obituary, Virginia Beach VA, Resident Passed Away

Eric Vaughn Obituary, Virginia Beach VA, Resident Has Died – During his time with the Converse Hoop-It-Up Squad, he was known as the monster in the middle, and during his time with the Aragona Pembroke Patriots 130-pound championship football team, he was the team’s primary tight end and defensive end. Above all else, he was a decent human being and a dependable friend. After forty years of friendship with you, Eric Vaughn, all I can say is, ’till we meet again’ Brother, I hope you get some good rest…

“I just came across this. Corey, Tony, and Tremaine Holloman, to name a few, were some of the players I coached during Eric’s days playing 130-pound Advanced Position Patriot football.

“I would like to introduce myself to those who do not know me. Back in the day, I coached a few good tight ends, but Eric was by far the best of the bunch. He was always thrilled whenever I called the play for him, which almost always resulted in a touchdown for him (Pro right, tight end delay). Even have a scoring clip of him from one of my games on one of my VHS tapes (yes, I still have VHS tapes AND a player). A great defensive end for me too. Buddy, you will be greatly missed by a lot of people. Norman Boggs stated in a post on Facebook
