Even though we weren’t going to travel the route that we had originally intended, we were still able to visit our girl one more time before we parted ways. We encircled her in our arms, planted a kiss on her forehead, and reaffirmed to her that our love for her would never end. We reminisced about all of our days from the past while telling her stories from our time in junior high, high school, and college.
