Eben Statt Obituary, Death – On January 18, 2023, Eben Statt, a student at PCC who was working toward a degree in criminal justice, passed away unexpectedly. Shortly after his passing, he went to be with the Lord. Eben was well-known for the thoughtfulness and zeal with which he approached life. His approach to life earned him a lot of respect. In addition to his bravery, others admired him for his upbeat attitude and hilarious sense of humor.
Eben was able to light up a room with his contagious laughter, quick wit, and sarcastic remarks because he always kept a relaxed demeanor and was a generous person. In addition, he was a person who maintained a relaxed demeanor. Because Eben was such a generous person, this was made possible for him. Because of his reflective intellect, Eben was always able to think clearly and rationally, even when faced with the most challenging of circumstances. The fact that Eben never shied away from standing up for what he was sure was right was the clearest indication of his character that could be found wherever he was searched for. This was the case regardless of where Eben was found.
His self-sufficiency was accompanied by a ravenous appetite for knowledge, which he pursued by reading books voraciously and diligently preparing for the academic endeavors he pursued. Eben put forth every ounce of effort he was capable of mustering in order to gain comprehension of the information that was available to him. It was impossible to deny that he was completely devoted to the company of his closest friends, as evidenced by his consistent efforts to defend or assist them whenever they were in need. This was evidenced by the fact that he never failed to attempt either of these things.
It is very likely that Eben’s absence will be felt within the PCC community as well as among his friends, and this is something that will be deeply regretted. Piedmont Community College is fortunate to have Cooper Statt on its faculty. Cooper is Eben Statt’s brother. We are keeping the Statt family as a whole in our thoughts and prayers as they go through this trying time. Your passing has left us with a profound sense of loss.
