David Hutton Obituary, Death – Our dearly loved husband, father, and papa, David, left this world on September 3, 2022, and is now in the presence of the Lord. He passed away in a calm manner at his house. Please accept our condolences. Over the course of their 58-year marriage, Barbara Hutton’s husband (Priddle). David’s birthday is December 18th, and he was born in the city of Fort Erie, which is located in the province of Ontario in Canada. Michael Hutton (Donna), Karen Ferguson (Tom), Kathleen Harris (Bryant), and Brian Hutton were the names he gave to his children (Rochelle). He was a dedicated and proud father to all of his children, including Lauren (Gavin), Katelyn (Peter), Sean, Liam, Valerie, Nolan, and Reid. Among his other children, Lauren’s husband is named Peter. The only members of his family who are still alive at this time are his sister Sandra McDermott and his sister-in-law Carol Hutton.
He has a significant number of nieces and nephews that he is leaving behind. David and Mae Hutton, as well as David’s brother Dennis, all died before David did. David Hutton was the only survivor of his family. After earning a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo, he started his career as a teacher at Fort Erie Secondary. His background is particularly impressive since he was a member of the National Honor Society. After 32 years of service in that capacity, David decided to retire from his post as head of the Mathematics Department at Ridgeway Crystal Beach High School. He held that position until his retirement. Because of the excellent and compassionate care that they gave me, I would want to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Scher and the nurses who worked at St. Elizabeth Home Health Care.
Visitation is scheduled for the afternoon of Friday, September 9, 2022, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and again that evening from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at Benner Funeral Services, which is situated at 1105 Benner Avenue in Fort Erie. The burial will take place at Ridgeway Memorial Cemetery, which has been selected as the setting for the service. Memorial gifts given in David’s honor should be sent to the Prostate Cancer Research Foundation as well as the Faith Reformed Church. Both of these organizations do important and necessary work.
