Dana Mann Obituary, Death – On Saturday, January 14, Dana Watson Mann, a loving wife and mother of two children, passed away peacefully in the company of her family in the house they shared together. Dana was born on May 19, 1975, and she spent her youth in Morehead City, North Carolina. She attended West Carteret High School and received her diploma there in 1993. Dana’s birthday is May 19. After finishing her education at that school, she continued on to the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education. After that, she moved on to teach first and second grade in the Charlotte area.

It was during this time that she developed a love and a passion for instructing children who reside in metropolitan areas. She is survived by her husband, Dr. Charles Ashley Mann, and their sons Bryan and Camden Mann, all of whom reside in Raleigh; her mother Mary Watson, who resides in Morehead City; her father Eddie Watson, who resides in Raleigh; her sister Laura Nowell and her brother-in-law Brian; her nephew Sandlin and her niece Addison, both of whom reside in Morehead City; and her in-laws, Charles and Becky Mann, who reside in Raleigh. She is also survived by her Raleigh is where her mother, Mary Watson, made her debut into the world.

Her brother Bryan Watson had already passed away prior to her own passing. / Her older brother passed away before she did. On the 21st of January at 1:00 p.m. on that day, a memorial ceremony celebrating Dana’s life will be held in the Chapel of the Montlawn Funeral Home in Raleigh. Montlawn Funeral Home is located in Raleigh. To continue the celebration of her life after the funeral service, friends and family are invited to join the family for an oyster roast at their house, which is situated at 7224 Spring Meadows Lane in Raleigh, North Carolina. This will take place after the memorial service.
