Catherine Smith Obituary, Death – On the day that she passed away on Tuesday, January 3, 2023, Catherine Smith, who lived in County Houses, Dyke, was a patient at Dr. Gray’s Hospital. She had been there since the day before. She was 82 years old at that point in her life. Catherine was a loving mother to her children Robert, Iain, Catherine, and Andrew, both of whom have since passed away. Catherine’s children Robert, Iain, Catherine, and Andrew all passed away. In addition, she was a devoted mother-in-law, grandmother, and great-grandmother, as well as a sister and friend to a significant number of individuals. She passed away recently. A lot of people will think of Catherine with warm thoughts in the future.
The funeral service will be held at Dyke Parish Church on Friday, January 20, at 12:30 p.m., and the interment will follow at Dyke Cemetery immediately after the funeral ceremony. Everyone is cordially invited, and we would like to take this opportunity to offer our sincere appreciation in advance. Flowers will only be received from close family members; however, if you would like to make a donation in lieu of flowers, you will have the chance to do so during the funeral, and your contribution will be sent to Alzheimer Scotland. Flowers will only be accepted from immediate family members. The choice to tell the family about the news was supported by everyone in the family.
