Carl Harlan Obituary, Death – Since we found out that Carl Harlan had passed away, our community has entered a period of mourning, which was precipitated by the news that he had died. Carl had already logged a substantial amount of time working for the organization before he was promoted to the position of previous chief of the fire department. Before Carl was given this position, he was the previous chief. In addition to that, he was a member of the fire department’s workforce.
Carl has provided a significant number of those of us who are present today with instruction in a variety of skills that are utilized on a regular basis in the treatment of patients and the management of emergency situations.
