Brendan Pender Obituary, Death – Brendan L. Pender, age 46, a resident of Pt. Pleasant, South Carolina, passed away at his home on Thursday, January 5, 2023. Although he was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, he has spent his entire life in Pt. Pleasant. Brendan worked for the NYC Dockbuilders Local Union 1556 as a diver welder. He attended services at St. Martha’s Church in Pt. Pleasant on a regular basis. His very cherished dog Sully and his loving father Jack Pender came before him in death. His mother, Rose Pender, as well as his three brothers, Shane Pender and his wife Jackie, Rory Pender, and Danny Pender, as well as his nieces and nephew, Lauren, Caitlin, and Jack, are among those who are still living. In addition, he leaves behind his devoted aunts, uncles, and cousins here in the United States as well as in Ireland and England.
Brendan was a daring and free-spirited individual who delighted in traveling whenever he had the opportunity, going fishing on his boat, and taking Sully to the dog beach. He was fortunate to have a large group of devoted friends who will miss him deeply. Your existence was a Blessing, and the memories you leave behind are treasured… You are missed beyond all comprehension and adored beyond all words.
The Colonial Funeral Home in Brick, New Jersey, located at 2170 Hwy 88, will be open for visitation on Thursday, January 12th, from 4:00 to 8:00 pm. At 11:00 in the morning on Friday, January 13th, there will be a Funeral Mass celebrated at St. Martha’s Church in Pt. Pleasant. The cremation will be carried out in secret.
