Blessing Alida Taveras, who resided in North Whitehall Township, was declared dead at 5:25 a.m. at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg, according to the information that was provided by the office of the Lehigh County coroner. Alida Taveras was found to have died of natural causes. The office of the Lehigh County coroner received this information from the hospital, which was submitted to them.
Daniel A. Buglio, the medical examiner who concluded that Taveras’ death was the result of a homicide, disclosed that Taveras passed away not too much longer after arriving at the hospital.
